Lost password for Malwarebytes

I purchased Malwarebytes a few years ago, but have lost y key.  How do I recover my key?

Just a wee bit more information about recovering your license ID and Key.

They will have your license info ONLY if you purchased your MBAM license from the Malwarebytes store.

The direct link to obtain your license info from them using your purchase email address is HERE.

If you purchased your license from another online seller, e.g. Amazon or Newegg, then you will need to contact that seller for the information.

If you purchased a boxed CD of MBAM, the license info will be in the box (on the CD sleeve or on a card.

(cleverbridge does not have license information for MBAM licenses NOT purchased from the Malwarebytes store).

 

Please let us know if this resolves your issue.

If it does not resolve it, there are some other ways to locate that information.
