"Amnesty" program not living up to promises?

I did a fresh installs of Windows 10 and my MBAM Pro Lifetime License ID's and Keys did not work on my two computers.  Upon investigation, I found the keys were probably counterfeit since they didn't work and the  "Amnesty" program where MBAM would give "lifetime" licenses to those who purchased pirated keys.   I purchased the ID"s and Keys from a "trusted seller" on EBay.  Of course the seller is no longer on EBay and Ebay won't deal with it since its past 90 days.

 

I emailed MBAM support with my issue, ID's and Activation Keys and an unedited PDF copy of my EBay/Pal receipt.  Representative Paul  McClellan responded by giving me one one year id and key for the premium edition.    

 

Am wondering if MBAM would honor it's program and issue me two lifetime id's and key's for the premium version.

George,  You only provided us with a receipt for 1 Pro license, not 2.  So my offer to provide you with a free 1 year license for 3 years seemed to be a good compromise.

Hello Paul,   Many thanks for the speedy followup and resolution.  MBAM is a great program and one I recommend highly to friends and coworkers (I am the computer guru for them).   I'm definitely  happy with your customer service.     Many thanks again.  George
