Windows Defender and Malwarebytes Pro

I recently upgraded from Win 8.1 to Win 10 Home Edition. You cannot permanently disable Windows Defender. You can turn it off, but it turns itself back on at night. My question - Is there an issue/conflict in running Windows Defender and Malwarebytes Pro Home Edition? Thanks.

No there should be no issues, one is an Antivirus program, Malwarebytes is an Antimalware program designed to work along side your Antiviurs

If you are not running an AV you need to run Defender. MBAM is NOT an antivirus.
