Licensing issue

Same issue happened to me. I purchased my licence in 2/2014 from newegg.com which has a lifetime pro licence. After the upgrade I am on the free version because it does not recognize my licence key!

 

Very frustrating! I emailed support and hoping to get this resolved soon!

It is very disappointing to read that an activation or licensing issue is being experienced with Malwarebytes Anti-Malware (MBAM).

The quickest way to resolve the issue is by contacting a Malwarebytes Consumer Customer Support representative through:

EDIT:  OOPS! Sorry, 1PW, I didn't see you were posting a reply....

 

We suggest waiting for help from Support.

They are the best folks to be able to resolve licensing issues (we here in the forum do not have the means to do so).

Assuming the license from Newegg is good (as it most likely is), the setup wizard should automatically accept the license ID and Key.

If there is a problem with the license, for whatever reason, you will be presented with options to resolve them.

AND, you may wish to use the 14-Day Trial version that is enabled by default during a version upgrade/install -- it will give you all the paid, premium features for 14 days, while you sort the license issue.
