Problems installing Console - can't install IIS Express 7.5

I'm trying to install the Management Console on Windows Server 2012, running as administrator, but during the install process it wants to install IIS 7.5 express and it fails with this error message: 

 

Component IIS 7.5 Express has failed to install.

The following components failed to install:
- IIS 7.5 Express

How can I get this resolved?

 

Attached is the log file.  I need this fixed asap.
