idle- Threads.exe/Semaphore- Threads.exe - Unable to access for un-installation

I've been trying to clean my computer completely, and with Malwarebytes, I've been doing pretty decent. 

Until I came up with the problem I've been having constantly returning.

For example, at random, my extensions are filled with Adware that highlight random text, and popups. 

So far, Malwarebytes hasn't detected anything for the source.

 

Then one day, (today), I came across idle- Threads.exe and Semaphore- Threads.exe in my Task Manager. Attempting to uninstall them didn't work, and attempting to find their files in my Sys32 didn't work either. So I'm stuck with most likely malicious software on my computer and I have no way of getting it off. I've tried looking around, but I haven't found anything direct.

I'm legitimately at my wits end and are willing to go through any process to get this over with so I can continue this journey of cleaning up my computer.

Before we start please read and note the following:

• We're primarily oriented on malware removal here, so you must know that some issues just cannot be solved and you must be prepared for this. Some tools we use here will remove your browser search history, so backup your important links and all the files whose loss is unacceptable.

• Do not ask for help for your business PC. Companies are making revenue via computers, so it is good thing to pay someone to repair it.

That being told, if any evidence of illegal OS, software, cracks/keygens or any other will be revealed, any further assistance will be suspended. If you are aware that there is this kind of stuff on your machine, remove it before proceeding!

The same applies to any use of P2P software: uTorrent, BitTorrent, Vuze, Kazaa, Ares... We don't provide any help for P2P, except for their removal. All P2P software has to be uninstalled or at least fully disabled before proceeding!

Please download Farbar Recovery Scan Tool and save it to your desktop.

 

Note: You need to run the version compatibale with your system. If you are not sure which version applies to your system download both of them and try to run them.

Only one of them will run on your system, that will be the right version.

• Double-click to run it. When the tool opens click Yes to disclaimer.
• Press Scan button.
• It will make a log (FRST.txt) in the same directory the tool is run. Please attach it to your reply.

I'm performing this task as I type this post (which will have an addition due to the logs you've requested.) I also take it due to you being a 'Trusted Advisor' that this is not some scam and/or attempt to further place my computer is harms way or purposeful damage I hope, no offence. Regardless, I still wish to know whether or not these processes I've spoken about are of significance, or am I fretting over a simple glitch of sorts?

Both files, FRST and fixlist.txt have to be in the same location or the fix will not work!

• Right-click on icon and select Run as Administrator to start the tool.

  (XP users click run after receipt of Windows Security Warning - Open File).

• Press the Fix button just once and wait.
• If for some reason the tool needs a restart, please make sure you let the system restart normally. After that let the tool complete its run.
• When finished FRST will generate a log on the Desktop, called Fixlog.txt.

The fixlog is below. Still, the threads show themselves up on my processes. I'm confused on how they exist if the system says their file location doesn't exist, and any attempt to directly affect the processes is just an denied access. But yet they exist.

I did not find anything malicious about these processes (yes, they are suspicious) and I think they belong to Windows.
