How to download older versions

I have installed Anti-Malware Pro from a CD.  When I did my license indicated "Licensed" and Duration was "Lifetime."  Yesterday my license changed to Duration "Unknown" and a message advised that "Your Subscription Expires in Less Than 1 Hour".  That message has been showing for almost 24 hours.  Email to Tech. Support gave an automated reply and also said they were very busy.  I understand, but it seems that something has corrupted my license.  Others have also recently experienced this.  If this is the case, the company should advise their paying customer base of the problem and what is being done to resolve it.  You never need Tech Support until you have an issue.  I have an issue and am not receiving the level of support I need.

Sadly I have not received a response from Tech. Support to my lifetime license changing to expire in less than 1 hour.  I am using XP Pro and that may be the issue.  How do I go back to a version that is more XP friendly?  What version?  Where do I find it to download it?  A response from someone   ---- anyone?

The support folks are working as urgently as possible. Unfortunately many requests preceded yours and the queue is likely processed oldest first.

 

If you choose, you may fallback to Malwarebytes Anti-Malware (MBAM) v2.1.6.1022 using the installer file downloaded from:
