License Key & ID

Hi, I had to reinstall MBAM 2.1.8 after doing a Windows "Refresh" on my computer.  On installation, I forgot to uncheck the "Free Trial" option at the very start.

 

When I got see "My Account", of course, there's nothing written under "Identifier" and "Key".  "State" and "Duration" shows "UnKnown".

 

What can I do to enter my Key & License numbers?

Do you know see under the My Account section where your given the option to Activate?

You could always just re-install Malwarebytes fresh by following the steps below..

Let's try this first....

• Please uninstall your current version of MBAM and reinstall the latest build - MBAM Clean Removal Process for version 2x
• If that does not correct the issue, then Please read the following and in your next reply ATTACH the 3 requested logs - Diagnostic Logs

  (the three files should be CheckResults.txt, FRST.txt and Addition.txt)

Hi Firefox,  The options I see under "My Account" is:

 

- Renew

- Deactivate

- Change License

 

But I already have my ID Key and License.

 

Guess I better do a clean removal and start over right?

Have you tried rebooting the computer a couple of times, if that does not work, then the clean re-install will most definitely fix your issue.

Yeah, rebooted several times, no change.

A clean re-install is in order!
