Have been waiting days to get email help on renewing MBAM premium

Not saying this is the problem, but have you checked you spam filters (if you have any) and or junk mail folders to make sure the emails from Malwarebytes were not tagged as spam?

Please add the domains malwarebytes.org and salesforce.com to any spam filters or junk mail exclusion features in your email client to assure our replies get to you.

I just walked over to Technical Support and had them look for your case.  It turns out that you have opened several tickets, which ends up working against you.  You will be contacted by someone very shortly and they will help you get to the bottom of this.  Based on that, I will close this forum thread.
