Suspicious malware or infection - Win 8.1 x64 Comodo

Recommended Posts

Hello community,

I have a big problem for maybe two weeks now. My notebook is infected by a virus or other suspicious malware that prohibits my system from running properly.

My first installed anti virus Comodo doesnt start at the beginning and is disabled by the virus. Additionally my system shuts down constantly after approximately an half hour and restarts again with an error message of microsoft and if I want to send them a bug report.

I have also tried malwarebytes antivirus, rootkit, kaspersky antivirus with the same results. The scanning routine always interrupts on the same path, which is listed below:

"c:\windows\microsoft.net\framework\v.2.0.50727\system.dll"

When watching the taskmanager I noticed that before the system freeze appears the processor workload goes from the constant 18-20 % to 0%.

could you please help me. I really dont know how to handle this kind of virus and am also frightened of loosing my data or that the virus exploits my accounts.

When opening the task manager I have also realized the sudden decrease from over 50% processor workoad to the normal stage between 15 to 20%.

In addition I have added some notifications when using malwarebytes to the attachment. I really dont know where I can attach documents sorry.

Maybe someone here knows.
