You can dismiss these pages by closing the tab and clearing out your browser history. Could you share the sites where these occured so we could research and try to shutdown, you can PM if needed? Because of the millions of advertising activities on these ad networks they aren't able to track them easily and not willing to put in the resources because they represent a small footprint of all ad traffic.
