Lots of Bad Img errors for when activating exe's.

I'm getting several bad img errors when trying to run different exe's. This has been happening for a while now, but was never a real problem until now. When trying to download Internet Explorer, I get a bad img error for the installer, and it stops the download, which is a problem. I don't know what caused this, as I've tried running Malwarebytes and ccleaner, and the problem persits. Any help would be nice. Thanks.
