Too much memory?

Hi

 

I am unable to find any posts regarding this specific question (although other related questions seem to have been asked in the past).

 

I have 2 computers running malwarebytes pro.  I find that mbamservice is consuming 196MB of RAM and MBAM takes 40MB.   This is true on both computers.

 

Is this normal?  Both are running windows 7 pro.

You have posted in a Malwarebytes Anti-Exploit (MBAE) subforum. You likely meant to post in Malwarebytes Anti-Malware Help.
 

Your systems are also likely running Malwarebytes Anti-Malware Home Premium 2.x and not Malwarebytes Anti-Malware Pro 1.75.1.1300.

 

However, the answer is yes. Those are normal memory usage amounts for MBAM 2.x.
