Can't Run MBAM...Mcafe found Trojan uaca47d.tmp

I'm trying to clean up my PC; had a trojan detected by CCleaner (uaca), infection keeps coming back.

I have successfully downloaded MBAM.exe, changed the name and installed it (installation took a LONG time... about 20 min). I cannot get MB to run - I double-click the icon, the busy cursor appearsmfor a few seconds, and the process dies. The same thing happens when I try to run ComboFix (but the ComboFix process does not die - it seems to hang).

Once installed, you should see a blue screen prompt that says:

Please continue as follows:

• Close/disable all anti virus and anti malware programs so they do not interfere with the running of ComboFix.
