New Trojan found and usp10.dll

Hey guys, so I heard about the trojan being false but because I didn't bother to look it up I just spammed the quarantine button before closing my computer and heading to work. Now I'm back from work and it seems like my computer freezes every time Mbam starts up. Which means I have to restart my computer. Now me being the 'smart' person, decided to close all mbam processes in the task manager before they could fully start up. Which led to this: http://i.imgur.com/qr4HVa6.jpg

Is there something I can do about this?

Oh and I checked to see if the usp10.dll file is still in sys32 and it is. So there's that?
