Error message

I continually receive this error window:

SDK database Default Failed: Code1812

Very frustrated because it's so difficult to contact Malwarebytes. Any suggestions about this error message?

There are few possible explanations for this error code.
Assuming the machine is not infected, one of them is having too many scheduled tasks in the automated scheduler, especially scans that are scheduled close together, and especially with "check for updates before scanning" enabled.

If the suggestions there do not resolve the issue, then I suggest the following:

• Please follow the steps in this pinned topic to uninstall your current version of MBAM and reinstall the latest build - MBAM Clean Removal Process 2x
• If that does not correct the issue, then please read the following and attach to your next reply the 3 requested logs - Diagnostic Logs (the 3 logs are: FRST.txt, Addition.txt and CheckResults.txt)
