Error message

Hi:
 
There are few possible explanations for this error code.
Assuming the machine is not infected, one of them is having too many scheduled tasks in the automated scheduler, especially scans that are scheduled close together, and especially with "check for updates before scanning" enabled.

 

EDIT:  OOPS! I meant to start with a link to this help desk topic, which explains how to edit those scheduler settings: What should I do if I receive an SDK DatabaseLoad Defaults error?
