I want to renew my yearly subscription in premium but first I want to switch to a new e-mail address.

Did you purchase your license from the Malwarebytes online store?

 

If so, staff will correct me if I am wrong or if the procedures have changed, but I think the best bet will be to contact the e-commerce partner, cleverbridge.

 

There is probably a "contact us" link at the bottom of their previous emails to you sent to your current email address (the one used to make the purchase).
