a_Mbam Posted June 18, 2015 ID:970007 Share Posted June 18, 2015 Hi Cypherous, Thanks for contacting us, the behavior you're seeing has been resolved. The fix will be in our next update to be released soon. You could try clearing out the apps cache in Settings > App Management and see if the helps, it has helped other customers. I apologize for the inconvenience. Regards, -Armando

blackdovemobile Posted June 21, 2015 ID:970512 Share Posted June 21, 2015 I have a similar issue. The AT&T Galaxy phones come with Lookout Security preinstalled. It seemed to crash for me when i got to the Lookout file. I actually made this account to report the crash issue on my devices with Lookout installed. Could Lookout use an anti inspection technique that crashes mbam?
a_Mbam Posted June 22, 2015 ID:970899 Share Posted June 22, 2015 Hi Blackdovemobile, No, I don't think this is related to Lookout and a conflict. This is more of an issue related to Samsung devices, our fix will hopefully be out soon. Regards, -Armando
