threats not successfully quarantined

Hi , i,ve run the threat scan and have 3 pups , but after clicking to remove them , it says at the top , 0 threats successfully quarantined and the finish tab is dark grey and not highlighted , i click on history and there is nothing in quarantine .... It just sits there ?? This happened earlier on today so i rebooted , and the 3 pups appeared in quarantine .. So i deleted them ... I,ve just run the scan again and they have appeared again ?. Something to do with slimware .. Should i be worried .. Roy
