daledoc1 Posted June 14, 2015 ID:969029 Share Posted June 14, 2015 Hello and : This is actually the MBAM product forum, for support with installing or running Malwarebytes Anti-Malware (MBAM). It's not yet clear that the problem you report has anything to do with MBAM.So, let's start with a bit of basic system information. Please read the following and attach to your next reply the 3 requested logs - Diagnostic Logs (the 3 logs are: FRST.txt, Addition.txt and CheckResults.txt)The logs will help us to direct you to the forum section most appropriate for the problem, either the Malware Removal section or the General PC Help section. On the other hand, if you suspect that you might be infected, the most efficient way to get help would be to please follow the advice in this pinned topic: Available Assistance For Possibly Infected Computers. It explains the options for free, expert help >>AND<< the suggested, preliminary steps to expedite the process.A malware analyst will assist you with looking into your issue. Thanks,

Root Admin AdvancedSetup Posted June 16, 2015 Root Admin ID:969418 Share Posted June 16, 2015 Not certain you are infected but there is something going on causing services to crash. Could just be a software conflict but best to have someone assist you to check deeper for any type of infection. I would suggest following the advice from the topic here Available Assistance for Possibly Infected Computers and having one of the Experts assist you with looking into your issue. Thanks
daledoc1 Posted June 16, 2015 ID:969464 Share Posted June 16, 2015 Hi, AdvancedSetup: It looks as if the OP actually already started a thread in the malware removal section & is being assisted by Valinorum here: https://forums.malwarebytes.org/index.php?/topic/169365-gpu-load-is-spiking-to-85/ @JonathanChang: There's no need to start another topic at this time. Please stay with your helper in the other thread until he gives you the "all-clear".If there are other, non-malware issues (such as hardware problems) after that, he may refer you to the General PC Help section of the forum for further work. Thanks!
