Each time when loading IE (latest version) it keeps shutting down saying windows cancelling process then browser closes. I thot this issue was solved a year ago but issue keeps happening. When using premium trial version I was able to disable the shield for IE and voila... IE has no issues loading up. However under freebie version, the disabling shield function is not available (argh!!) as it is only in the premium version. Anyone know how to solve this?? Thanx. Unfortunately nothing weird stands out from the logs, so I think you might have stumbled with a new bug or conflict. Could you please run these troubleshooting steps to try to determine the problem? 1- Stop and/or close AVG completely and re-test. Does IE open now?2- Stop and/or close Radialpoint SafeCare and re-test. Does IE open now?3- If none of the above works, stop MBAE, open IE and disable IE's add-ons one-by-one by clicking IE -> Internet options -> Programs -> Manage add-ons -> selecting an add-on and clicking Disable.
