By the looks of your logs, you seem to have used a program called combofix, which could be dangerous if you are not trained in the use of the tool, its best to only use that tool under supervision from a trained expert. Also you logs show evidence of an infection or prior infection.

We are not permitted to review scan logs or work on possible malware-related issues here in this section of the forum.

Being that you are probably infected, feel free to follow the instructions below to receive free, one-on-one expert assistance in checking your system and clearing out any infections and correcting any damage done by the malware.

Thanks for the input all. As suggested above , have confirmed that Sophos AntiVirus 'On access' scanning feature conflicts with Malwarebytes 'Real Time Protection'

 

Disabling Sophos 'On Access' and Malwarebytes operates fine with no browser freezing.
