SDKDatabaseLoadDefaults failed with code: 2

Hello!  :D

 

  

    I was having issues a few days ago with all of my applications hanging for over 2 minutes or more or sometimes they wouldn’t run at all.  I ran Webroot SecureAnywhere® and Malwarebytes Anti-Malware®.  I received no alerts from Webroot and this is what I received after running Malwarebytes :   

 

 

Next, I uninstalled and reinstalled Malwarebytes and ran another scan and still got the  "SKDatabaseLoadDefaults failed with code: 2" error.

 

Under the Application Logs tab I reviewed the scan and protection logs for Malwarebytes Anti-Malware as follows :

     So next, I went to the Malwarebytes.org forums for help  :

 

According to the Malwarebytes.org forum instructions, I needed to download Farbar Recovery Scan Tool (FRST)and post the FRST results as well as the additional results so…

I also noticed some of the old programs on this PC still have hidden files, could that be part of the problem as well?
