Malwarebytes scan entire drive

I am going to scan my entire hard drive for every malware.

 

Should I use threat scan or a custom scan with all selected?

The MBAM2 Custom Scan is the only one that will scan the entire Window's system partition as well as other multiple partitions that will mount with a Windows OS.

You need not schedule a Custom Scan for the system partition as the very occasional Custom Scan will suffice for the average user.

 

Scheduling a Threat Scan on a weekly basis should serve you well.

One more question:

Does MBAM can scan protected system folders? (ex: C:\System Volume Information)

We can scan the entire drive so the answer is yes.
