Be able to run Kickass Torrent Site with Malicious Website Protection

Hello, premium member here. I want to be able to run Kickass Torrents with Malware Bytes. I tried put a web exclusion either by ip or domain or even a process but didnt worked. My only solution at the moment, is to disable Malicious Website Protection before i click on the torrent. Is there any way to solve this? Ty in advance!

If Malwarebytes was giving you warnings, it means that an IP you want to download something from is also known for (or suspected of) providing malware.  Your choices are pretty much limited to take care of yourself, wish that you had or hope the warning was without merit, UNLESS you want to invest money in a complex Intrusion Protection System.

I understand that it may be a problem, but i cant use the program and make it exclude kickass torrents links entirely?

You can put an exclusion on the executable file itself, but there are no guarantees that you aren't going to have malware delivered by the program that you trust.  That is one of the bigger risks in using torrent sites, not to mention that their usage is more closely monitored than any other software.

I did that, but again malwarebytes software doesnt allow me to download a torrent. I tried put either Kickasstorrent site, either put the executable of my torrent client but again didnt worked:(

The Event Logs show that there is something going wrong with the network endpoint as well as some other service. It could possibly be some type of binding issue with ZoneAlarm and the network card.

You might try temporarily uninstalling ZoneAlarm and then do an MBAM CLEAN remove and reinstall of MBAM and see if that corrects the issue. Then reinstall your ZoneAlarm and see if the issue returns or not.

 

Please uninstall your current version of MBAM and reinstall the latest version. MBAM Clean Removal Process 2x

You should be able to use Kickass by clicking the Magnet link download instead of the torrent download button. You download the same file, but Malwarebytes doesn't block the download.
