Log Set 1

Every half-hour or hour the Malware Bytes window pops up on my screen. Sometimes while I watch videos or when I'm working on my computer or even gaming online. It can be quite annoying especially when I play games because it temporarily interrupts the game to the point where I have no other choice but to switch to the desktop screen just to close the MBAM window and proceed with the game. I have provided a screen-shot. It's really not indicative of anything but that's what the pop-up window looks like.

Hello and :welcome: :

Until a staff member arrives to formally review your logs, they do show that you have several PUPs in Quarantine.
But I wouldn't expect that to be causing the behavior you report.

Let's try this:

  • Please carefully follow the steps in this pinned topic to uninstall your current version of MBAM and reinstall the latest build - MBAM Clean Removal Process 2x
  • If that does not correct the issue, then please read the following and attach to your next reply the 3 requested logs - Diagnostic Logs (the 3 logs are: FRST.txt, Addition.txt and CheckResults.txt)  NOTE: If you need to run FRST again, please place a check-mark in the "Addition.txt" option before you do.  Then please post back with a FRESH set of all 3 logs.
  • NOTE: More info about v2.1.6 HERE; User Guide ONLINE; User Guide PDF; FAQ: Common Questions, Issues, and their Solutions

Please let us know how it goes.

Thanks,
