Version 1.06.1.1019 Logs always empty

My Logs tab no longer shows anything - it's always empty.  

 

It used to show every program it was protecting.  And no, I didn't just press Clear.

That shows up in your Taskbar when protection starts.  There's no need for it to be in logs, so it was changed.

Also, you may turn off the "Application is Protected" popups from the Settings tab, if you wish.

Just installed mbae 1.06.1.1019 on two computers.  On the Windows 7 Pro, starting a shielded program, the Taskbar Baloon Flyouts work fine, however, on my XP Pro/Sp3 .. NO notification other than a (pretty weak) sound.  Yes, the 'show notification' under settings is ticket.  How to fix?  Thanks.

My fault!  On my XP machine I forgot that baloon tips had been turned off.  Once enabled, the MBAE shield notifications worked fine.  Problem solved.

 

Here is the fix used:

1. Click Start, click Run, type regedit, and then press ENTER.
2. Locate the following subkey:
   HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Advanced
3. Double-click EnableBalloonTips, and then give it a value of 1.
4. Close Registry Editor.
5. Log off Windows, and then log back on.
