Re-install Malwarebytes Premium Paid already

I am infected, will not let Malwarebytes Premium run. I removed the software from my computer, how do I reinstall?

I have the Identifier, Key, and Cleverbridge reference #.

Please advise.

Normally, to reinstall, one would simply download the installer, install the program and activate it with one's license ID & Key.

However, if you are infected, then the infection may block the proper install.
Moreover, it would be advisable to limit one's internet exposure until the infection is cleared.
