CLRCEngine3.dll and CLRCEngine3.pyd - PowerDVD 14

Both of the detected files are included in the attached zip along with the Malwarebytes log file.

 

Only the DLL is detected and quarantined when PowerDVD 14 is launched.  The PYD file was only detected when I manually scanned the CyberLink folder (which includes PowerDVD14).

Thanks for reporting.

 

Yes regretably this was a FalsePositive detection(s).

 

The faulting def has since been removed.

 

Please update to the most recent database and the detection should no longer persist.
