malwarebytes crashing on heuristic analysis

The new update 2.1.4.1018 is crashing on heuristic analysis, first time I've ever had a problem with this software.

 

 

I've disabled all my anti virus programs (avast, Difender).

I've clean uninstalled and reinstalled Malwarebytes.

 

I'm out of options now

 

I can see a few people are having the similar problem the past few weeks.

 

Not the old version of malarebytes (mbam-setup-2.0.4.1028.exe) still works ok.

Hello Goragon.  We apologize for the inconvenience.  If this just started this morning, just please do a fresh Update Now off of the Dashboard screen.

Afterwards, let me know if it is cleared up.

Hi thanks for the reply.

 

I did a fresh update from the dashboard and ran the scan again,

 

Its still crashing when the heuristic analysis scan starts.

Please start the program. On the Dashboard, click on the Update Now link. Let's please be sure, as a first measure, that the Database version is current. v2015.03.31.04 as of this post

Hi,  Please attach these log  in a reply so that they can be reviewed.

from this folder  C:\ProgramData\Malwarebytes\Malwarebytes Anti-Malware\Logs   so that it can be reviewed.

 

Also attach C:\ComboFix.txt

 

and tell me if you had expert help elsewhere guiding you.

And has Avast antivirus always been the antivirus app, or has this computer had other antivirus apps from before?
