publicintelligence.net outbount block is this false positive?

Today I was browsing the web and suddenly started malwarebytes blocking publicintelligence.net a few times while on chrome.  Do you think this is false positive or infection?  My pc is running fine cpu memory and disk usage normal and I am safe when downloading programs.  The ip address for the website block was 94.242.255.146.

I was looking at pictures in google could it be that the one of the pictures was on that site and malwarebytes blocked it?
