Have this full screen pop up on my phone.  Uninstalled about every app I ever downloaded.  This still appears:

Hi John941,

This looks like an advertisement from an installed app, it could be from one the was updated with a new ad library.

Unfortunately, based on the screenshot we can't tell what app is displaying. Is there an entry in the notification bar? If so, you can long press the app and it will show the app displaying the ad.

There is a useful app you can try to help identify which apps have add libraries, it lists a lot of the main offenders. Hopefully the list it shows on your device will help narrow down the app.

No notifications on top when I drag it down. Downloaded app you suggested, didn't find anything. Used Avast, AVG, Malwarebytes, etc. All nothing. I'm pretty sure I uninstalled whatever app delivered the trojan (if that's where it came from). Still, this thing pops up 15 times a day. I'm about at the point of factory reset :/

Do you have a VPN app installed or does the pop-up only occur on Wifi?

Can you provide me with the name of the apps you recently installed that you suspect might have caused this?
