Malicious Adware pls help. extsracoupon?

Hi, I have some kind of adware that just pops up everywhere. It's called "ExstraCoupon" and I've followed this guide step by step to try and remove it but it hasn't worked. I have run scans with Adwcleaner, Malwarebytes, and HitmanPro multiple times. I have removed every possibility of a threat according to these scans but I still can not get rid of this virus. I have no idea what to do now. I'd rather not follow another guide and install even more Anti malware scanning programs or whatever else there may be. Any help would be much appreciated!!
