This site is hosted by DynDNS which is a web DNS hosting service, among offering other products.

 

Their DynDNS Updater product makes use of this site, to determine the IP address of the client.  I have been using DynDNS for probably 10 years and have never had any problem until the last week or two, when Anti-Malware has been blocking 216.146.38.70 as malicious.

 

This is NOT a malicious site.

Just out of curiosity, looking at the popup "Malicious Website Blocked" screenshot above, I see that the program specified for Firefox is \Mozilla Firefox\updated\firefox.exe

 

But there is no \updated folder.  The program is actually in simply \Mozilla Firefox.

 

Is there any significance to the \updated sub-folder (which doesn't exist) that shows up in your "process" description?
