Malware trouble - help needed

Hello,

I have a problem with malware - probably a version of police malware. As my system boots ( Window 7 64-bit), a screen appears with UK police text... 

I am using F-Secure Computer Security as my antivirus.

Also am using Malwarebytes Anti-Malware (free version). After doing various scans only Malwarebytes Anti-Malware found a malware, and after a scan Malwarebytes prompts me to reboot for finishing the cleaning process. After a reboot, malware is still present on my system. I have attached Malwarebytes Anti-Malware scan log.

Excuse me for my English as it is not my native language.

Any Help would be Greatly appreciated!!!
