I have had this product installed for months. I was installing an application (UbiSoft) when I received a virus threat from your product which killed the install. I disabled your product and then installed the UbiSoft application. When I enabled your product it ran the update and was requested to run a full scan. In the midst of this scan came the BSOD. I have SuperAntiSpyWare installed along with Windows Defender on this machine running Windows 7.

Ran a hyper scan without any issues.

Hello cbondeson and :welcome:
I will request the Administrators/Moderators move your topic to a more appropriate sub-forum; Malwarebytes Anti-Malware Help.

  • In the meantime, please read the following and individually attach the 3 requested logs in a reply to this thread: Diagnostic Logs.
  • The 3 files, from Step 1, to be individually attached from your desktop are: CheckResults.txt, FRST.txt and Addition.txt. Please do not Copy and Paste them into a reply.

Thank You. :)
