System proxy keeps changing, how to prevent?

I wasn't using any proxy to begin with, my PC is Lenovo Y510p laptop, with geniune Windows 8.1 and licensed Eset Smart Security. Recently I have noticed that my proxy is set to "http=127.0.0.1:8080;https=127.0.0.1:8080", and Firefox is set to use the system proxy. Trying to disable system proxy does not have any effect, the settings are back every time. Made full scan with Eset and ADWCleaner, nothing detected. What can I do?

Since the IP 127.0.0.1 is the IP Diagnostic Responder and points to your PC, it isn't using a Proxy Server, but a software on the PC is acting as a Proxy Agent.
