Issue with network connection

Greetings,

I am experienceing a similar issue with a Window 8.1. I had a virus of some sort so I ran Malwarebytes on it and my laptop will not connect at all to the internet and I don't know how to reconnect. I have another machine that I am writing to you on. Can you assist me in cleaning up my machine?

We are disappointed to read your system is having issues. Each computer is unique. Problems that seem "the same" most often are not.

The same is true for solutions. They most often need to be individualized to your unique system.
