Anti-Exploit lists Shields for apps I don't have installed - why?

Among the 20 shields that Anti-Exploit lists for me, are Google Chrome.exe, Opera.exe, and Foxit PhantomPDF.exe, but as far as I can tell, none of these three .exe programs installed on my PC. How did I end up with shields for them? Does Anti-Exploit come with 20 standard shields, or does it scan my PC and create shields for all appropriate installed .exe files?  When i search my entire HD for all *.exe,  there are actually 586 .exe programs on my PC.  Am I supposed to manually add shields for some or all of those, too?  How do I determine which shields are needed?  Not sure what the value is, of showing me a Shields list if I have no clue what to make of it.
