Staff pbust Posted February 12, 2015 Staff ID:939080 Share Posted February 12, 2015 It might be similar to an issue we've seen before with a first time install or upgrade to new version of Silverlight initiated by a third-party website. Initially we saw the issue with Netflix and it seemed to be fixed, but prompts to users to upgrade to the newer version of Silverlight seem to trigger it.
