Manually stopping this do not prevent it from arising for the next boot.When i type netstat -o in windows 8.1 console, the output below comes to screen: Proto Local Address Foreign Address State PIDTCP 127.0.0.1:1043 pc-gizmos-ssl:1044 ESTABLISHED 2016TCP 127.0.0.1:1044 pc-gizmos-ssl:1043 ESTABLISHED 2016TCP 127.0.0.1:1045 pc-gizmos-ssl:1046 ESTABLISHED 2016TCP 127.0.0.1:1046 pc-gizmos-ssl:1045 ESTABLISHED 2016TCP 127.0.0.1:1047 pc-gizmos-ssl:1048 ESTABLISHED 2016TCP 127.0.0.1:1048 pc-gizmos-ssl:1047 ESTABLISHED 2016TCP 127.0.0.1:1049 pc-gizmos-ssl:1050 ESTABLISHED 2016..........
