Bad case of malware, please help

Hi,

 

I have ads popping up on every page I visit, also tabs opening without permission etc.

 

I managed to download and have ran adwcleaner.

 

I have the results for this.

 

Is is safe to delete

 

HKLM64\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Installer\UserData\S 1 5 18\Components\....then a chain of seemingly random numbers and letters

 

there is quite alot of these?

 

(sorry if malware is a bit different to adware (which I think technically is what I have))

 

No where on the adwcleaner report can I see the names of what I think are the major culprits here

 

'this is not a virus heure....
