Cannot get rid of Trojan.agent

Everytime I run malwarebytes, I get this. I keep removing it and rebooting and scanning again and it still shows up. My computer has problems already. Sometimes it reboots by itself, Sometimes the links I click are not correct, when I do start up my computer it goes to safe mode option screen a few times before it goes to regular desktop. I ran McAfee Anti-Virus and it shows nothing. Please help me get rid of this.

Hi. :P

Download ComboFix from one of the locations below, and save it to your Desktop.

Double click combofix.exe and follow the prompts. Please, never rename Combofix unless instructed.

When finished, it shall produce a log for you. Post that log and a HijackThis log in your next reply

Note: Do not mouseclick Combofix's window while its running. That may cause it to stall
