Hello apsun and :welcome:

If you had upgraded to the Premium level last year, and if the popup doesn't appear legitimate, then conceivably it's something that promotes suspicion.

Have you been running Malwarebytes Anti-Malware 2.0.4.1028 in its 14-day trial mode after a re-install or similar?

Is the demand for your Key/ID still present after a Windows restart to normal mode? Had you perhaps inadvertently deactivated MBAM?

Thank you.

I made the purchase years ago-2012  or before I think. I am not running MAM 2.04.1028 in the 14 day trial mode.  I have not deactivated MAM. I have restated the computer did not get the popup again. My key still shows and MAM is listed as Premium. Thanks for your reply.
