Malwarebytes now alerts several times a day about blocked potential malicious activity from SCVHOST.EXE, typically from 60.173.11.xxx with variable ports. This began to occur after I used uTorrent once (only time on this computer) to download an .mp4 film. I've since removed all P2P software (only uTorrent) and the film file. Taking a look at similar threads, I take it that my brief foray into the P2P arena earned me some malware; but a lot of those threads were months if not years old, so I just wanted to post here afresh for guidance on how to clean my PC. Thank you very much in advance!
