Can't get Malwarebytes to load.

Hello,

 

I can't get Malwarebytes to load.

 

I double click on the icon for the program, a "User Account Control" box appears and when I click "yes" to allow the Malwarebytes to execute the "User Account Control" box disappears and nothing happens. This is very frustrating as I don't know if Malwarebytes is actually working. The version installed is 2.0.4.1028. The OS is Windows 7 professional 64 bit.

 

How can I get Malwarebytes to load every time I click on it?

Let's start with some routine troubleshooting:

  • Please carefully follow the steps in this pinned topic to uninstall your current version of MBAM and reinstall the latest build - MBAM Clean Removal Process 2x
  • If that does not correct the issue, then please read the following and attach to your next reply the 3 requested logs - Diagnostic Logs (the 3 logs are: FRST.txt, Addition.txt and CheckResults.txt)
