Recommended Posts

I have been trying to weeks to remove "eDeal by Ad" that is hacked into my Chrome browser and my computer. Ran Malwarebytes Anti-Malware several time already did not detect anything. My McAfee Anti-virus did not detect it. I notice my Window Task Manager running new system files "Fixopenx64.exe & databasemydocut.exe & freewarecuiapi.exe". Please help.....I have trying several adware removal programs such as FarBar, RogueKiller, both hang with system not responding message.

Hello and :welcome: :

It looks as if you have already started another topic in the malware removal section of the forum: https://forums.malwarebytes.org/index.php?/topic/164263-need-help-removing-edeal-by-ad-malware/ :)

Please wait for an expert to help you in that other topic.

Until then, please do not reply to it or "bump" it for at least 48 hours.  Doing so will change the reply count from "0" and make it appear that you are already being helped. That could lead to delay getting assistance.

>>I would also suggest that you not "self-medicate".  Many of the malware removal tools are quite powerful. Their use without expert help can damage the system and can make recovery difficult.  Your expert helper will walk you through the cleanup process with the proper tools in the proper sequence.

Thanks for your patience,
