We are running out of options, see if you can follow the instructions from the following link to run System File Checker from command promt at boot, this will check and replace corrupt sytem files:

http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/139810-sfc-scannow-run-command-prompt-boot.html

Next,

If SFC does not help there is the option to run a "Repair Install" basically installing windows straight over the top, all important data should be saved...

http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/3413-repair-install.html

Next,

Dell Inspiron should have a recovery partition, this will take the system back to factory state, system will be as when bought... Unfortunately all important data will be lost.

You can use "File Manager" on Kaspersky rescue to copy pictures, videos, music etc to external media...

Usually Dell inspiron has either a recovery partition or recovery dvd`s. What came with yours?

You can d/l Windows 7 (legitimate) from here: http://www.w7forums.com/threads/official-windows-7-sp1-iso-image-downloads.12325/ be aware these are retail copies and need a legitimate license key...

You can use USB to load and install Windows 7 OS, instructions here: http://www.howtogeek.com/howto/9585/how-to-setup-a-usb-flash-drive-to-install-windows-7/

If your system is legitimate you can contact Dell for a set of recovery DVD`s... http://www.dell.com/support/article/us/en/19/SLN127718/EN

Run FRST one more time and post the fresh log, final look to see if we miss anything obvious....

im sleeping u take too long to reply 2morrow tell what to do

I do not like replies like that, i`m really not sure what you expect from a volunteer. I work maybe 40 logs each day at several sites, not just yours here at Malwarebytes...

Your cheek also prompted me to go back over your thread to recheck, well guess what, you are running illegal software on your system. That action is not tolerated as is in breach of forum protocol....
