In the last month MWB has not been finding things like it has in the past.

Many of my clients use MWB. Both the free and premium Version. When I go to a client who is obviously infected with the normal batch of PUP's etc. in the past MWB was my go to tool.  At least to give me an indication of how bad the system was, if not cleaning it entirely. In the last 5 weeks or se we have seen this change. I can scan with MWB and find nothing and yet ADW, JRT, Emisoft, Rogue Killer, and combofix find numerous things each. What has changed? This is with dealing with aprox. 100 systems in the last month that are infected.
