TWIMC : My mother's PC got infected with the Cryptowall ransomware --- I had acquired MB premium and was hoping it would do the real time protection it advertised but it did not --- please advise as to what options I should have enabled in MB Premium ? 

 

Secondly, I am attaching the files to assist me with removing -- I ran a scan and it detected 9 items which I then deleted but on reboot the Cryptowall pictures and messages are still occurring. So I probably need to do this in Safe Mode. .....
